Came acros this beautiful bird the other day.
I though it may be a Little Eagle. Osprey came to mind originally, but not too sure.
Any one help.
Found over lake Joondalup in Perth's northern suburbs.

Absolutely a Whiatling Kite. Panels in wings (at angles) a giveaway. LJ
