Hi :) had a family of Satin Bowerbird visiting lately

and my favourite
then for the first time we had a baby Eastern Rosella
and what he looks like now
and now some others
and someone who is happy just eating a weed :)

I think it is a baby and he/she wasn't frightened at all - flew up and then sat about 8 - 10 feet from me for about 10 minutes
yes i am lucky Wanda but as always you want more - it would be cool to get a 7 year+ male :)

lucky you having the Bower birds come and visit! I saw my first one only a few weeks ago, complete with the whole family (older male too) and I was so excited. Hard to get close to though, unlike yours . Well done

Great shots Myky, the Bowerbirds are hard to capture as they are so gregarious and it's usually poor light when they are most active it seems. Well done and thanks for sharing they are beautiful birds.
