Headed down south for a brief hike before hitting the beach and was lucky enough to get these guys snapped. Fairy Wren which I think is blue brested and not the red winged or it might be the other way around was difficult to pin down for a happy snap
Considering the location, I would think Red-winged FW. The ranges of those two wrens are mainly separated, so identification is generally determined by the location from which you saw the bird.

Excellent shots laza! I did a double take with that pretty little Robin - the barring behind the eye makes it look so similar to the (Tas) Dusky Robin.
