Could this be a juvenile Broad-billed Flycatcher seen at Fogg Dam in NT. The chest is a very pale rufous and the outer tail feathers appear shorter than the rest.

With that graduated tail & pale lores, definitely a Broad-billed Flycatcher, but I'm not sure about age.
