I see! Just checked the species page on the main website and saw a very similar photo.

Crows seem to have a thing about sea-eagles. There seems to be a permanent arrangement between such an eagle and two crows at the Eagleby Wetlands. Most Sundays (and maybe during the week) between 4 and 5pm, the Eagle turns up and the crows chase it.
