There was a bird in the park this morning that was not welcomed by the other birds.
I've only a couple of pictures taken at a distance of about 100 metres with a 400 mm lens.

From the size of those chest bars, I would have said that's a Pacific Baza.
Collared Sparrowhawk and Brown Goshawk seem to have much finer barring
The baza is an absolutely gorgeous bird and really interesting. They are predators on small things like frogs, snakes, etc.
