when is a fantail not a fantail? when it's a -

This bird is about the size of a grey fantail and behaves similarly. It is quite bold.
 I'm in the lower-south east of south oz. Can you id please?  thank you

Looks like a Grey Fantail.

It's a young one, hence the dullness of the white markings and the more pronounced buff colouring down the front
