Not the best photos, but how often do you get more than a bottom shot of a wompoo?

This one is nesting in our local nursery, the chick hatched after about 2 weeks, and is now a few days old. Most pigeons grow up very fast, you'd have to in such a flimsy nest in a precarious position.
