Now here is something positive happening
The Yarra Ranges Council (Vic) , in partnership with a few groups ,has a great idea: Exchange your weeds for a native plant for free.
There will be a skip you put your weeds in and get a plant in return. There will be lunch, and you can also get some advice on gardening.
Now, how good is that?? I love it
It can be done, Araminta!! (I trust that the native plants being exchanged for weeds are indigenous to the area). What doe the Yarra Ranges Council have that other councils don't?
