Please help this sick wild baby red wattle bird

We found a wild baby red wattle bird fell off her nest a week ago in a park, but the baby bird is too young to fly, so we go and check the baby bird everyday.  Two days ago, we found the baby bird got some kind of disease, there are some cysts (tiny, round, yellow things) growing around her neck as well as the feathers falling out (as per attached photos). We don't really know what is it, it looks like a kind of bacteria or fungal infection. We check her again this morning and found it is getting worse now!crying  We were going to take her to Vet, but Vet said as a wild animal, we have to leave the baby bird to them and can't bring back to her parents, and they refuse to see the baby bird's photos.  I think it is cruel as her parents still feeding her and the baby bird needs her parents' care. So I come here to ask people's help! Does anyone know about what is happening to the baby bird? and how to help the bird?

Don't know the disease, but the only chance it has is if you take it to the vet. This bird may have been pushed out by its parents because it is not strong enough to survive. If you leave this bird it will die - nothing surer. The vet may decide to euthanise the bird, which might be kinder than allowing it to die a slow difficult death. If the vet feels the illness is treatable, then it may end up with a Carer who can raise the bird to be released. If you are not comfortable with this vet, then the link below has a list of the relevant wildlife rescue services for most areas, give them a call.

thanks for the info!smiley The only thing that I've concerned is her parents still feeding her and look after her, just don't want the baby bird leave her parents. We will keep an eye on the bird, if nothing goes well today, we will send her to the Vet!
