Brown honeyeater with white spot at top of wing

Can anyone help identify this bird? It is medium sized, quite long and slim, brown with a distinct white spot at top of wing, also some white on tail noted when flying. It is behaving like a honey eater on our grevillea, but also appeared to catch insects in flight.

Thanks

Barb

Could it be a wattlebird?

By the way, most (all?) honeyeaters also eat insects.
