Inland Thornbill ??

Fairly certain I just got my 170th bird in form of this little fella, the Inland Thornbill.

Usual hike along the Inlet and probably passed this Thornbill countless times.

However as its always hanging around with Fairy Wrens and Silvereyes, never got a clear ID

Agree great shots. Shorty, not sure if your aware, laza is in WA, so if that photo is from the West, shouldn't be a Brown Thornbill. As always happy to be corrected.

At least as I recall, laza is West Aus?

Thanks guys and yes spot on Dale

Im in the West so not a brown plus the cocked tail is from what I read a characteristic of the Inlands.

Which ironically are found here in on the south west coast of WA

Dont take life too seriously, it never ends well

Ah, for some reason i thought you were in QLD. The plumage of your bird is quite different of the ones we get over this side.
