What kinda bird is that?

I live on the south coast of NSW & spotted this bird in my backyard of which I can not identify. If some-one could please help, that would be great.

*30 - 45cm
*Dark grey in colour with a reddish colour on the back of its neck.
*Yellow eyes.
*Longish skinny legs.

It was chasing a budgie, looked like it was going to kill the budgie.
A willy wagtail also attacked this 'grey bird'.

I wait to your reply if anyone has any info for me.
