red wiskered bull-bull

last month i saw a red wiskered bul bul in a tree across the street and 2 days later i seen another one( possibly the some one) in the same tree.
i'm interested in reading about your sightings

G'day Michael,

Red-whiskered Bulbul's are an introduced species that tend to have quite a nice call, and are a very nice looking bird when you get to see them up close.
They tend to be a bit secretive, so patient is a virtue if you want to photograph them, or to just get a closer look.

Here are a couple of shots I took about 4 months ago.

I get them everyday in backyard starting in spring. Lately there are between 3-6 at least, and they like to sit on the highest part of the tree and sing so they are very easy to spot. They hang around all day long singing - one of the introduced birds i really like.
