I woke up at 6.22 this morning so I dragged myself out to look for birds. I saw 2 whislting kites, but no BOP flying, so I won't have to get up early again. I had 2, then 3, Yellow-tailed black cockatoos fly past me. They are one of my favourite birds but I have hardly any photos of them. I went off to a pond as well and saw some egrets and cormorants
O my god, do I love the photo of the Egrets, just devine Kim!!! Is that part of their mating dance? The way the sun makes the wings translucent is just beautiful, what a great photo. Thanks Kim, I could look at the movement alll day.
