Hope this helps:

1. left click on your photo in your Flickr Photostrea,

2. right click on the photo, that will bring up the sizes. Choose Medium 640, left click on that

3. the picture comes up again in larger. Right click on it, then on the bottom it will say : Properties

4. a window will pop up, you have to copy the URL (address code), and click OK

5. then you go to where you want to post the photo. In the bar above the Comment field you click on the square field saying Image, paste the URL in, press OK......and bingo

It sounds harder than it is, just follow step by step
