Beautiful!  I noticed your comment over your second shot - Do Regent Skippers have a specialised (compared to other butterfly species) habitat darinnightowl, that requires specific habitat protection?  Or do they play a role in chemical contribution to science/research?  Have watched some amazing docos - particularly a couple by Tom Eisner (rest his soul) - which were eye opening in regards to the untapped/unstudied natural chemical resources of insects, so just curious laugh.

yes i was thinking that myself  M L it looks as if it skipping from flower to flower

Annie they feed on a range of dicotyledons and broad leaf  monocotyledon  which are  like understory plants of coastal rain forests
