Australian Pratincole and Horsfield's Bushlark

I have come across singles of these, and sometimes pairs, but last week I must have seen 50 or more in a 10 km strip along the road through Austral Downs which is a property near the NT/QLD border. It took a while before I found a few of the friendlier ones, the rest flew away quickly from the car. Saw the Horsfield's Bushlark in the same area.

They are good to see in large numbers in flight , have been in that area my self years ago. Thanks for the photos.

It is so great to see pics from an area I'm unlikely to ever visit.  We sometimes have blindfolds on as to the incredible diversity of our Aussie bird species.
