Great shots Narly, that first one looks like it comes of a box of Kleenex or something!!!   Perfect with the ducklings hidden in amongst the flowers.

Gorgeous!

I have seen a few slightly older families around here in Brissie.

There is a family that live near the lakes at uni, and the youngsters are almost full-sized now, and are a bit hard to pick from Mum and Dad. The main difference is just that their feathers are still a bit paler.

this reminds me of a Pacific Black Duck i saw twice that had 10 ducklings! she must have had a hard time keeping them together :p
