Another Windhover II

Got this shot of him this morning. He reminds me of an angel and was only trying to balance himself.

Exquisite photo - he does look just like an angel. How lucky you are to have those opportunities. I've forgotten - what type of gear do you use? I'm toying with the idea of upgrading while the Aussie dollar is so good. Also birdie, if you're there, what type of gear do you have (both Canon?)

I am a dedicated Canon blue blood Birdgirl, except when it comes to smaller cameras then I really don't care.

Thank you for the kind comments.
Sorry, I didn't mean to clip the right side. :(

Birdgirl, I am a simple person. I use a Canon 30D, which is probably in a museum now when considering the time it takes to jump from model to model.

May I ask how much money you want to spend and more importantly, WHAT do you want to take the MOST photos of. As in, birds, family, a bit of everything? It helps with suggesting lenses.

This is what i meant about having a camera talk forum, it would be good to know what others are using, i know birdie and windhover both use canons, but the most advanced armature SLR available is the nikon D7000 i know i'll be begging santa for one
