These are the ones at my workplace that aa was asking for.
I approached them in a buggie and had a ready made hide to observe without them bothering at all. Unfortunately they were the only birds I could find yesterday. But I had fun roaming around the site in the buggie anyway.
They appear to be just feeding and resting on the mulch pile adn on closer inspection the willy wagtail that was with them seems to be catching lots of insects in it as well.
nice shots birdie,i have only seen them at one place in W.A. and that was at Jandakot airport near the control tower.
well done birdie, nice photo of those birds....and it seems that you have a good hide they were not bothered by you hehehe
now, next step is to get a little more closer hehehe
