These are not good shots but with the recent rains some different visitors arrived, not too exotic I'm afraid but enough to get me a foot full of mud!! :)

Good onya Birdie, the ground looks nice and sloppy.
What sort of work site is it?
Hey Tassie
It is a retirement village that is only in the early stages of construction, so the water which has traditionally settled on it is getting moved around depending on what the excavators have done. The usual culprits hang around the homes already built, magpies, crows, willy wagtails, blue faced honey eaters, peewees, butcher birds, doves etc. But further from us there are lots of tall eucalypts which is why we get the black cockies flying by, and the bushes around the perimeter house some little birds that I have yet to identify.
It's not that interesting bird wise.
Cheers

Gidday Birdie sorry for the late reply, just got back from a trip.
That site does not look to bad for some birds, you have posted a bit of variety from there.
Hey tassie, it certainly is waterlogged after the last 2-3 days!!
Check out in best photos for our locals. They have soon cottoned on to the fact that there are people living there now.!!
