I waited for this little bird to fly back to the rubbervine for around half an hour. One of Steve Parish's photography books says that birds like to stick to a regular flight path, and if you're patient, your bird will return to the same branch at some time. Well, thankfully he did, and I was ready for him.
I'm also using this opportunity to see if I can successfully upload an image.
