Black Necked Storks range

a few days ago I had the pleasure of sighting 5 wheeling "storks" high over the Peel Inlet area (v zoomed photo). Is this rare, occasional,  or frequent. The books and internet suggest never in the South West Aus corner.

Straw -necked Ibis id suggested.

I would agree with al, if you look closely at the bill it apppears to curve downward, which I don't think the stork does? Straw necked ibis certainly fits better with your location.
