Denis I tried The Blue link as My Signature.
It appears that Signatures don't have Link capabilities.8')
But we should be able to use "quotes"

My mistake, I read the bit that counts how many posts I've made (which now says 211).
HOWEVER, in the "Test only" thread I can't see ANY new post since my one that starts with the text "I can clcik on the web address part of this signature and go to the site:"
There are no new posts despite all the emails that indicate there are. And I bet this one doesn't show up either.
I absolutely recommend the add on that allows clickable links. I just can't remember if its Linkification or Grease Monkey.
To get either or both you can go to the Mozilla website and download them for free.
I only know this stuff because I spend a lot of time in the nature forum, Scribblygum and it is loosely affiliated with the Tech Talk forum where such things are discussed and sometimes "overheard".

For my part, all the URL's are clickable (eg the web address in your signature, Denis)
This is probably because I use Mozilla Firefox as my web browser.

I think Grease Monkey or Linkification is responsible.
I needed to get these when the Scribblygum forum got all paranoid about letting us use HTML and we lost clickable links.
