I will be visiting Perth mid Aug, I would like to seek for your advices on where is the best place in Perth to take a photo of freely flying parrots/birds.

Any wild habitat or farms are good in Perth and also the forests. Good Luck.

Kings Park is central and has acres and acres of bushland and wildflower areas so if you cant get out of the city then it is always a good area. There are heaps of areas by the river too and lots of Lakes. Black Cockatoos used to love the Darling range to the east of Perth when I lived there.
