I was back at Mount Glorious the other day and decided to try my new flash unit before heading into the rainforest when I noticed these two unusual insects on top of a fence post.
Anybody know what they are?

Looks like juveniles of something in the Hemiptera family, if so that should help narrow it down to one of ~80,000 species.
First time I've seen you stumped at an ID.

I know exactly what they are.... red and white bugs! Sorry, I don't know one bug from the next except for the Ladybird bug.
