Is it a dollar bird?  I don't know, because I've never seen one, but it looks a bit like one.

Not a Dollar bird. My best guess is a Shining Flycatcher but I'm not real sure about that. Ray

Definitely not a Dollarbird Soakes but I would think ray is right with the Satin Flycatcher I reckon

Without doubt a Shining Flycatcher. Dollarbird is much larger and bulkier with a black bill.

actually you are both correct as the juvenile has a dark beak and the adult the orange beak
