More from Eagleby wetlands

Overcast day so decided to leave the long lens and Nikon at home and take the Canon "Bridge" camera out to Eagleby wetlands. Has a 50 X zoom which suits shooting birds that insist on perching in high trees. Couple of these shots feature similar birds to the first Eagleby shots, but these are all taken with the bridge camera.

Some decent shots in difficult conditions.

I don't know what most of these are, but they are great photos.  I love the first one all puffed up.

Hi Elizabeth, If you put your cursor over each pic, it states what the bird is. Cheers, Murray.

What you've got as a Sacred Kingfisher I think is a Forest Kingfisher. Not sure about the raptor but not a Brown Goshawk

Thanks Ryu, Spot on as usual. The good news is that I have another tick.
