Rosellas and Redcaps

Had a good week with a couple of close in encounters with Western Rosellas in Bunbury and Wellington Forest and then a morning encounter with an obliging Redcap.

These two are my favourite parrotts to photograph here in the south west of WA. Except for enigmatic Regent parrot flocks also normally the  hardest for me to get close to.

The colours are spectacular, they are really the 'Australian' bush.

Spectacular vibrancy all round, Laza. Worth protecting them & their habitat.
