Paluma should be good at this time of year, many of the rainforest birds should be active. Birthday creek falls (a good area for the Golden and Toothbilled Bowerbirds) and the area around the dam (Satin Bowerbird) are very good, the village itself can be a bit quite but always the chance of interesting things turning up.Here is a link to some of my pictures taken at Paluma http://www.flickr.com/photos/22001271@N05/sets/72157612017151123/
Will it be too dry aat the moment as i have never been there , maybe we will do the hervy range road as well anyone been that way
