Woooohoooooo!!! Yes... they did it.. they brought the baby out to feed and that is what the hissing rasping noise I have been hearing at dusk and just after is. :')
I am delirious with excitement and the rest of the family just say... what? so what !!!!!
Also in the middle of this the Koel did its Kek kek call closeby, and that is one call I haven't heard before either. then the whipbird started up and the Coucal has been whooping since 4.30.. better get dressed and head off to my study course....

and of course I had a camera malfunction...... more like a brain malfunction.... left the camera on self timer again after doing some Xmas light shot grrrrr AND the card was full!
