We have a Sulphur Crested Cockatoo who often comes to visit our garden. One day after having a feed of an orange it decided to finish the meal off with a bit of garlic.
Other times, it climbs up the corn stalks and bites off a cob.
They flies to a fence or post and carefully peels then eats the corn.
How wonderful to see this sulphur crested eating his "greens", LOL!! I planted sunflowers in the garden one year and had the sulphurs sitting on them and enjoying the seeds for weeks! they really do have a varied diet!
