We have taken photos of a new bird on our property that we have never seen before.. And we havnt been able to identify what it is.
The closest bird that has a slight resemblance is the spotted quailthrush but the legs are different and so are alot of the markings and the beak is different also. not to mention that this bird is also meant to only be in adelaide area and we are in north queensland.
Is there anyway we can post a picture on here to get other peoples opinions on the bird ..
Go to 'Announcements / Help' page, the 'Having trouble posting a photo'. Follow the first link and trial and error and you'll get some sort of photo visible... Not sure I've perfected it yet, but it'll get you started :)
You'll need a photo, hard to tell much from the description. Need more info. Could be quail / bowerbird / catbird / lots of things...
