Took these this morning at Lake Cargelligo, i assumed they were Swifts or similar but can't find them in my guide.

Help.

Hello, I agree with Rick but need to look for books to comment further.

I am not able to query my records by 'location' but am certain that I have seen a White-winged Tern, Curlew Sandpiper and Sharp-tailed Sandpiper at Lake and that you were there for them.

I would go with Sharp-tailed Sandpiper, widespread inland as well as coastal.

Thanks guys, i think i had a moment where my brain died a slow death. I am thinking now they are Marsh Sandpiper.

I'll 2nd Sharp-tailed Sandpiper. Definitely not Marsh Sandpiper.
