Juvenile female Blachbirds don't look like that, they are mottled all over. I have more than I want in my garden.

Have a good look at the front of the bird, the striped front and the colour above the eye tells me that it is an immature Grey Shrike-thrush. I have a number of those in my garden.

It is definitely a juvenile blackbird. They have a lighter neck and crown than mature blackbirds and also by its stance. I have many blackbirds at my house and have seen a few that look like that. At mount Annan there I plenty of blackbirds as well especially where this photo was taken.
