3x Grey Butcherbirds?

3 birds - all look different, but I have them all down as Grey Butcherbirds, but they seem so different in shape and colouring.

Hi Roger, if you would ask me, I would say, all of them are Grey Butcherbirds. I think the Pied Butcherbird has a black around his neck.

+1 Grey Butcherbirds

they are just all sitting differently

It's a bit tough to pick on the top one I reckon.

The more slender shape in the 2nd shot is typical of Grey Butcherbirds, to my mind at least.

Here are a couple of shots I've taken in the last week or so.

The top is a Pied (a rather wet one sheltering on my verandah) and the second is a Grey.

Cheers

Thanks everyone, (I'm still not getting notifications it seems), Pacmans view of the pied BB give me the answer I think, none of mine have a black throat. Thanks again all. Roger
